This Cookie Policy explains how Tribe Entertainment uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and digital platform. It is designed to accompany a cookie consent banner and preference centre within the Lovable-built platform.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers placed on or accessed from a user’s device when a website or digital service is used. They can support core functionality, security, remembered preferences, analytics and, where enabled, marketing or advertising functions.

2. How Tribe uses cookies

Tribe may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, maintain sessions, remember settings, understand how users interact with the platform, improve performance and, where permitted and consented to, measure campaigns or personalise marketing.

3. Categories of cookies

CategoryPurposeConsentTypical status
Strictly necessaryAuthentication, security, checkout, session continuity and core platform functions. Not normally optionalAlways active where required for service
PreferencesRemember language, display or other user-selected settings.Where requiredBased on user choice
AnalyticsMeasure traffic, feature usage and performance to improve the service.Consent where requiredOff until consent where required
MarketingMeasure campaigns, retarget or personalise marketing where such tools are used.ConsentOff until consent

4. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function or to provide a service requested by the user. They may support secure login, ticket checkout, fraud prevention, session management, load balancing and preference storage that is essential to the service. Because the service may not function properly without them, they are generally not controlled by the optional-cookie consent switch.

5. Preference cookies

Preference cookies remember choices that improve convenience, such as interface preferences or selected settings. Where applicable law requires consent for these cookies, they should remain disabled until the user has made the relevant choice.

6. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies may help Tribe understand how visitors use the website, which pages or features are most useful, and where technical improvements may be needed. If analytics technology is configured in a manner that requires consent, it should not activate before the user has accepted that category.

7. Marketing cookies

If Tribe later uses advertising pixels, campaign measurement or retargeting tools, those technologies should be treated as marketing cookies and should remain disabled until the user has affirmatively consented, where required by law.

8. Third-party cookies

Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by third-party services integrated into the platform, for example payment, analytics, embedded media, customer support or social-media services. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy and cookie documentation.

10. How users can manage cookies

  • Use the Tribe cookie preference centre to change optional-cookie choices.
  • Use browser or device settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, ticket delivery or other essential features from working correctly.

11. Retention

Different cookies may remain for different periods. Session cookies generally expire when a browser session ends, while persistent cookies may remain for a defined period unless removed earlier. Tribe should configure retention periods so they are proportionate to the purpose of each cookie and should maintain an up-to-date cookie inventory as the platform evolves.

12. Personal data and cookies

Where cookie information identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual, it will be handled in accordance with the Tribe Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

13. Changes to this policy

This Cookie Policy may be updated when Tribe adds, removes or changes platform technologies or where legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the Tribe platform and identified by its version and effective month.
